transperfect gaming solutions is looking for qualified english into traditional chinese (hong kong) video games translators interested in long term freelance collaboration and willing to join our network of certified linguists. we’re looking for candidates that are experienced in video games localization.


we are currently looking for english into traditional chinese (hong kong) video game lqa tester who can work remotely with us temporarily.

qualifications, skills & experience:
excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and traditional chinese (hong kong).
experiences in lqa testing and gaming translation.
an active game player
acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines.
working hours will be 9am – 6pm sgt with 1 hour lunch break from monday to friday for the duration of the project.


candidates must also fulfil any one of the following requirements:
a degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
2 years of translation experience and a college degree;
5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or
a certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.


important note:

applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete at least a free lqa test respectively to evaluate their skills.
