Localization Program Manager (China)



We are seeing Senior Localization Program Manager to work full time on-site in Beijing, China. Basically, looking for someone with Strong Localization Program Management experience with fluency in Chinese & English. Please find below the job description and kindly apply if interested.



Role & Responsibility include:

·Manage planning and scoping product localization and system testing requirements (technical and business) and work with production team on delivery

·Work with global stakeholders to develop an Portfolio Management Process that is well integrated into other processes

·Proactively engage with architecture and sales team to gain insight into business priorities, needs , identify gaps and propose solution

·Analyse and optimize Engagement process to budget spent with theatre requirements

·Program manage product localization readiness initiatives

·Regular QBR with stakeholders



Manage project Request portfolio

·Forecast budget spent , review monthly invoice

·Project cost control and approval

·BO engagement and scoping for large and complex projects

·Act as 1st Escalation point for operational issues



Skills:

·Demonstrated experience in a client-facing portfolio management, investment strategist, or investment management role.

·In depth understanding of Application Portfolio Management goals, approach, models, criteria and deliverables

·Creative and collaborative mind-set, with entrepreneurial drive.

·Outstanding written communication skills, strong analytical, project management skills with experience in developing documents for client and public consumption.

·Experience writing Business requirements / business case

·Languages: English and Simplified Chinese

·Strong Project management skills

·CCIE or Cisco Product Knowledge is highly preferred.

·Experience moderating meetings with virtual team

·Excellent oral and written communication and presentation

·Knowledge of Networking products is an advantage
